Privacy Notice
How Vesta Chimney Works handles the information you send through this website.
This notice explains what information Vesta Chimney Works collects through this website and how we use it. It reflects how the site actually works; we don't make promises here that we can't keep.
What we collect
When you submit a request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number and ZIP code (required), and optionally your email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you write. The form also records which page you submitted it from, so we can respond in context.
How the form works
Our request forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which forwards your submission to us. Your information passes through Web3Forms in order to reach us; their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policy. We use a public access key to identify our account — this is a client-side identifier, not a password.
How we use your information
We use the details you provide only to respond to your request — to contact you about your fireplace or chimney, confirm we serve your area, schedule a visit, and provide an estimate. We do not sell your information.
What we don't do
- We don't publish a public email address on this site.
- We don't add tracking or analytics that we haven't disclosed here.
- We don't make guarantees about data-retention periods or legal outcomes that we can't verify.
Your choices
You can contact us by phone at (754) 232-6789 instead of using the form. If you'd like us to update or remove the contact details you sent us, call and let us know.
Changes
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we'll update this page to match.
This notice describes the website's current behavior and is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.
